Built circa 1894, this beautiful Victorian home features a large front porch as well as a rear balcony and sun porch. The Derge family, cigar makers in Eau Claire, lived in the house from 1915 to 2003, making a few changes in 1915 and 1929. When visiting the house, please note the photographs of the Derge family business.

Inside, there is a lovely stained-glass window in the dining room.  Recently, both the dining room and upstairs have been remodeled.
