Sandy's Clothing and Art

On January 1 of this year 115 West Grand Avenue was home of the Quality Management and Blakeley Building Corporation.  But on April 2, Sandy's Clothing and Art opened their doors in a fantastically UN-remodeled 115 W. Grand.  All the office partitions, lowered ceilings and carpeted floors were removed.  All the mechanicals were moved to accommodate a retail store.  The familiar outside facade was removed and original transom glasswork revealed.

During your visit be sure to note the original, rich hardwood floors and the dramatic original tin ceiling.  All this was accomplished on time by the building's owners, Ev and Marty Fisher Blakeley under a tight time budget!
